Refund & Returns Policy
At ExpertsPunch, all embroidery digitizing and vector art redraw services are custom digital production files prepared specifically to your artwork and machinery requirements.
Unlimited Revisions Guarantee
We provide unlimited free revisions on all digitizing and vector orders until you are 100% satisfied. If your stitch file or vector art requires adjustments for your specific garment, fabric, or machinery, revisions are delivered within 4–8 hours at no extra charge.
Refund or Redo Policy
Because our products are bespoke digital files delivered electronically, standard physical returns do not apply. If a digitized embroidery file or vector redraw fails to meet agreed specifications after revisions, we will redo the work or issue a refund.
